Our Business - The Primary Business Unit
Primary processing concentrates on the slaughter of the live bird, the cut up and deboning of meat, marinating meat and packing of raw chicken products. GFS has 2 slaughterhouses located in central of Thailand, one in Lamlookka, Pathumthani and the other Plant in Ongkarak, Nakorn Nayok. Current processing capacity is 700,000 birds per week with skilled labour, a flexible cutting style, under hygienic control producing a variety of products.

Our slaughterhouses have quality control systems that monitor the process from receipt of the live bird to the delivery of the final product to customer by; |
- Live birds have bio-security control and are tested for Avian Influenza prior to slaughter.
- The production process is GMP and HACCP controlled.
- Transportation has GMP control.

Our products are sold internally to the further process plant, or industrial, retailer, food service and ex-factory customers. Our product range is wideranging including breast, leg, inner fillet, wing and leg products and a wide range/variety of kebabs and marinade meats for our cooked added value business unit.
